In order to secure your property, you pay an application fee, provide two forms of ID and complete the form
We will then obtain references. i.e credit score, employment, guarantor and current landlord (if applicable)
We will then update you throughout and notify when complete to set your move in date.
You just worry about packing your belongings and we will deal with the rest for you.
All of our properties comply with latest safety legislation, you will be provided with copies upon move in.
Our qualified staff will prepare the Tenancy Agreement and other documents
We also recommend you arrange tenants contents insurance.
Using the latest iPad application we carry out a full inventory prior to move in.
This is a digital report, locked in with the time and date and signed off by all parties.
